During ‘Coffee and Donuts on Us’, Lauren will host her first, ‘Lauren’s Lounge’. The CR will be used as a temporary workspace for tenant visitation. Marketing as ‘doors open’ work hours if tenants have questions, suggestions or simply want to catch up. There will be a suggestion box and note taking on conversations had with tenants. As well as a small survey to be used as a review/recap of what worked and didn’t work for the previous month’s activities.
